The Florida Citrus Feel Better Challenge is now underway! As parents it's our job to encourage our children to eat and live well. Serving foods that are both nutritious and great tasting is the best way to promote a healthy lifestyle. We were so excited when our friends at the Florida Department of Citrus asked us to review some of their nutritious and delicious recipes.

Join us as two UrbanMoms writers review this week's recipe: Hearty Orange Lentil Soup AND enter the Feel Better Challenge. Read the recipe, look through the photo album, comment on our reviews and vote for the review that you like best.

The Florida Department of Citrus also understands the importance of mind and body in feeling your best.
