Picky eaters? We hear you. Nobody likes a struggle at the dinner table, but as moms we know there are certain foods our kids just need to eat, like 'em or not (vegetables, anyone?). So that's why it's great to know there's a product like new Nesquik Less Sugar Ready to Drink - with all the nutritional goodness of milk and no more sugar than a glass of unsweetened fruit juice.
Kids (and grownups) love chocolate milk, so we were thrilled to have the opportunity for our Go2Girlz product testing panel to sample Nesquik Less Sugar Ready to Drink. Each of our testers received two Tetra Pak cartons to try with their families so they could tell us what they really think!
Nesquik is made with fresh milk and is a good source of calcium. It's a way to help your kids get the two to four servings of milk products they need in a day. The Tetra Pak carton is also very convenient: older kids can help themselves to a snack after school, the box fits easily in the fridge, which was a big plus for our Go2Girls testers. Tetra Pak cartons are also worry-free; the packaging seals in the freshness so you can store Nesquik Ready to Drink in the pantry then chill when you're ready to serve.
But what did our product testers think of Nesquik Ready to Drink? Nearly all our Go2Girlz and their families loved the convenience and taste of the product and reported they would recommend it to a friend and buy it again for their families. The fact that it's 25% lower in sugar is also very appealing to our testers. Admittedly, some of our testers were a little skeptical about milk in a Tetra Pak carton stored on the shelf, but nearly everyone reported that once the milk was chilled, everyone enjoyed the taste. Jennifer tells us, "My kids loved it. They said it tasted like cold hot chocolate!" Stacy points out that "this product is excellent for camping", and several other testers recommend it for outdoor activities like barbecues, picnics, etc.

We took this on a picnic and it was perfect! I felt good knowing that it didn't require refrigeration as it was in the picnic basket all day.
The kids love it as much as the Nesquik syrup and the bonus is that it doesn't require refrigeration so it is convenient to have around and treat as a staple item. I love the fact that the sugar content is 25% less!
My kids loved the taste and I loved the fact it has less sugar. I also loved the fact that it didn't have to be stored in the fridge until just before serving. Makes it easier to stock up when it is on sale!!!
My husband loves strawberry milk. I've seen the Strawberry Nesquik in the grocery stores and now will give it a try.
Our family really did not like it....yes convenient that it doesn't need to be refrigerated before opening, but the taste left much to be desired. Would take Neilson's chocolate milk over this one in a heart beat.
Love the convenience of this product. I can store the milk in my pantry and use at any time.

We love the Nesquik syrups. Both the chocolate and strawberry are delicious! We will definitely have to try the ready to drink version.
This made for quick and delicious mochas for me, ahem... And I didn't have to worry about it being high fat, or too sugary, either. :)
Clearly we were in the minority. We found the product far too sweet. I had to cut it by half with white milk to make it palatable. Even the texture was odd. It was unnaturally smooth, with an off-putting colour.
We like chocolate milk, but for the cost and because we still had to doctor it up, I'd rather buy the reduced sugar powder and mix it myself, or make my own chocolate syrup.
It would be used as a treat on the rare occasion...there are much healthier alternatives.
We were thrilled with the lower sugar content - and the kids absolutely loved the taste! One of my favourite features was the shelf life (because of the tetra-pak packaging). Easy to keep for a rainy day - and we'd never run out of chocolate milk again!!
I don't usually serve chocolate milk since there is enough sugar in my family's diet as it is, but we did try Nesquick's less sugar chocolate milk. No one noticed that it had less sugar than regular chocolate milk. I served it both cold and hot and it was enjoyed both ways (it makes a very fast and easy hot chocolate). It would be handy to have a carton on hand since it stores on the shelf until opened.
I was happy to take part in this product testing. I really liked this chocolate milk - I found it very refreshing and light. I used it in my hot chocolate, and to make some chocolaty "foam" for ontop of coffee :-)
My kids liked it, although both thought the real milk with Nestle Chocolate Syrup was better. It is handy though!!
We tried this product using the FREE coupon from Nesquik. My DH loves the Nesquik Chocolate Syrup and this seemed like a good substitute.
We liked the convenience of the packaging but did not like the chocolate product, it appeared curdled/separated even after shaking and it tasted watery. I don't think that we will buy this product in the future.
I am waiting on a coupon to try this out! My lil guy loves nesquik so I can`t wait for to him to try it, I am just hoping our experience isn`t as bad as some of the reviews!
