Chef Boyardee® Ravioli Florentine

Let us set the scene: it's already past dinnertime, and you're just getting home. Everyone's hungry and cranky, and you need to get something on the table - FAST. Even the half-hour wait for take-out is going to be too long. So, what's a busy mom to do in these all-too-familiar circumstances? Why, make a delicious batch of Ravioli Florentine, of course!

You're skeptical, and rightly so. Unless you managed to stop at your local Italian restaurant on your way home, there's no way to pull together something as yummy and family-pleasing as Ravioli Florentine when time is of the essence. Or is there? Ten members of our Go2Girlz testing panel were recently given the challenge of trying out a five-minute Ravioli Florentine recipe. One with only three ingredients, too!

How did they manage it? Easy. The folks at Chef Boyardee treated them to two cans of their Mini Ravioli and a recipe. It's as simple as this: one can of Chef Boyardee® Mini Ravioli, spinach and parmesan cheese. Warm it all up and presto! Ravioli Florentine that the whole family loved. I hadn't considered using Chef Boyardee as an ingredient to create a meal. Thanks for the great suggestion.

My family loves ravioli and spinach! This recipe looks so simple, I will definitely give it a try.

I was hesitant about this but I was really surprised to see that there are no preservatives and the ingredient list is WAY better than the Kraft Dinner or other convenience foods I serve on occasion. Plus, when I tasted it it was surprisingly tasty. Next time I will add a few veggies and some cheese for a little variety. Thanks!

I have served Chef Boyardee to my family on occasion but until this never considered adding other ingredients to shake things up a bit. It was a great way to add something new to our list of easy, quick and tasty meals.

My first reaction was skepticism but I actually enjoyed this meal. I think people have the wrong impression of this product. Check out the ingredient list and compare to other convenience foods. It is one I feel OK about compared to others.

This is a pleasant surprise. I was expecting ick from everyone, but no one even questioned that it came out of a can. Really really good!!

My kids are 5 and 9, they loved it, cleared their plates. I was shocked at how good this dish was, until my kids will eat a better variety of food, this will become a staple in our house!!

I have three boys and although I had to triple the recipe, they were shocked to find that this was yummy, quick and very easy to make. Even the boys could make it!! I have recommended this to several of my friends already!! Good Work Chef Boyardee!!

Hmmm...never would have thought of that! What a great way to "green up" a quick, easy to prepare meal. Think I'll have to try it...

What a treat to have this meal suggestion on a busy weeknight after work! Took a grand total of five minutes to prepare and everyone was happy, especially the chef!

This actually sounds like it may be okay. I have not bought chef boyardee since I was a kid, and I think my kids would like this.
