I love this idea and other than the beautiful way it views hardship and difficulty as a way to become happier, I like the way it offers up heartbreak and adversity with a giant spoonfull of sugar.
If you see relationships, all of them with everyone, as opportunities to learn about the world and yourself, you will not be afraid. You will trust, you will stay open and you will fully engage in all that life has to offer.

I totally believe that notion. Completely. It's another reason why I never understand jealousy over people's exes. Know what I mean??
I think so - you mean why would you be jealous after you have moved on and away from a person that they are with someone else?
I tend to wear my heart on my sleeve and thank you for the lovely reminder that it's not only okay but even to be encouraged.
