I read recently that listing and naming things we love reminds us to put them at the front of each day wherever and whenever possible.

Share your loves. Make it random, make it little stuff, make it big stuff.
And then fill your days with as much of it as you can.

the inner thigh folds on babies

the sound of coffee brewing
staying up late
first coffee of the day with lots of cream
the smell of grass
going to bed early
getting up early
good hand cream
red wine and old cheddar
my mac computer
my children singing
rolling on the floor laughter
making people laugh
cold beer on a hot day
freshly squeezed OJ
tulips, gerber daisies and lillies
swimming in cold lakes
steel cut oatmeal
roast in the oven
baking cakes for others
dresses for no good reason
ok that is enough of that
dancing the way the music moves you
faith hope and charity (no other way to say it)
walking and talking
getting into bed
the smell of spring
picking people up at the airport
