i told y'all i'd pick McSteamy over McDreamy (not that i'd ever say no to McDreamy...)!!
this man oozes sexy. Also, he makes the role of jerk look hot. while Derek Shepherd makes the role of jerk look, well, jerk-like.

poor Hilary Duff...can't even pick her nose in public without someone catching it on camera. But, i guess she should feel a little comforted by the fact that she's certianly NOT the only one...
