In a most unexpected turn of events, Jillian only chose to send home ONE of the men (Mark) who went home this past Monday. The other, Ed, who was actually a front-runner in the winning-Jillian's-heart competition, chose to leave, leaving Jillian with her final 6: Reid, Kyptin, Robby, Jake, Tanner, and Wes.
I'm seriously annoyed with Jillian for choosing icky foot-fetish, boyfriend-rumor-starting Tanner, and creepy eepy Wes over Mark. I liked him, although what the heck is wrong with a guy who has been cheated on 4 times. seriously. But she already knew she was getting rid of Mark. Chris Harrison mentions on his blog: At the rose ceremony, which we shot in the back of the restaurant inside the Fairmont, Jillian sent Mark home. Something I couldn't tell you last week is that Jillian told me after her two-on-one date with Mark and Mike that she immediately regretted not sending both of them home in Vancouver. It wasn't a big deal but when she looked back upon it she knew Mark wasn't going to be the one and wished she had a do-over on that one.
Anyone else think that Ed might come back? He was so weird with the whole "I'm not giving back my rose" stunt...any chance he might go back and smooth things over with his boss and come back to finish what he and Jillian started? anyone? I mean, Jill was SUPER sad that he left...
