There's a lot of underwear talk today...as I'm hearing rumors of there being a Robert Pattinson inspired pair of underpants, perfectly designed to wear under skinny jeans...and there are some slightly disturbing pictures of Russell Brand in some bikini underwear. But, you guys, this one takes the cake. I have always really enjoyed Michael Cera, even if he is sort of a one-trick pony on the big screen. I mean, he kind of will always be Paulie Bleecker to me, you know, complete with those short shorts. But, in real life, dude surprises me. I mean, remember when he got all Jersey Shore'd. That was gold!
And now he's bringing along his Scott Pilgrim vs. the World co-stars Jason Schwartzman and Chris Evans along to celebrate a new tradition over at GQ: Pantsless Saturdays!
The idea, according to the magazine is this: Monday through Friday belongs to our bosses, Sunday to our Lord. But Saturday, if only for a precious few hours, it's all about the boys--about the sweet liberation that comes with standing tall and unfettered, proudly proclaiming, "This, madam, is my junk. Now, kindly step aside and allow me into the museum."

Um. I don't really know how to respond. I just don't get it. Why? For one thing, Paulie Bleeker/Michael Cera is simply not someone I would choose to see naked let alone in a blazer and socks and shoes sporting the fully monty. This is just uncomfortably weird.
