I just had my second baby by c-section 6 weeks ago. My belly is a tragedy!!! After my first son I didn't need to do so much and by this point it was reasonably flat again- this time not so much!!! I need some help on what I need to do to get results. My husband works all the time and I Don"t have access to childcare to be able to go to the gym. Are there any good videos or plans to follow at home that anyone has tries? I used to do Moksha yoga and I loved it but really cannot afford it now that I'm not working. I saw a Malibu pilates chair on TV and thought maybe I would order that. Has anyone used it?? Any ideas would be helpful (walking and sit-ups are not cutting it!! Thanks

Congrats on the new baby!
I really like The Firm series of DVD's - they combine free weights with aerobics and they're quite enjoyable.
Hi Kirsten,
I like LoriD's recommendation. A good exercise video will help, there are also some that actually use your baby as part of your weight training! I am a big fan of yoga for all over body toning, but pilates is an excellent choice for core strength. Have you thought about looking into a Mom and Baby exercise class as well?
