BOOKS

The joy of reading is a gift the special children in your life can keep with them always, so help inspire a life-long love of books with these titles:

9780763644109.jpgThe Magician's Elephant, by Kate DiCamillo; illustrated by Yoko Tanaka
In a highly awaited new novel, Kate DiCamillo (author of the bestsellers The Tale of Despereaux and Because of Winn Dixie, among other award-winning books) conjures a haunting fable about trusting the unexpected -- and making the extraordinary come true. When a fortuneteller's tent appears in the market square of the city of Baltese, orphan Peter Augustus Duchene knows the questions that he needs to ask: Does his sister still live? And if so, how can he find her? The fortuneteller's mysterious answer (an elephant! An elephant will lead him there!) sets off a chain of events so remarkable, so impossible, that you will hardly dare to believe it's true. With atmospheric illustrations by fine artist Yoko Tanaka, here is a dreamlike and captivating tale that could only be narrated by Newbery Medalist Kate DiCamillo. In this timeless fable, she evokes the largest of themes -- hope and belonging, desire and compassion -- with the lightness of a magician's touch.

RTHAW_lowres.jpgsnow_flake_2.pngReturn to the Hundred Acre Wood, by David Benedictus; illustrated by Mark Burgess
Young children on your gift list will be thrilled to receive the first authorized sequel to A. A. Milne's classic Winnie-the-Pooh stories in 80 years. Return to the Hundred Acre Wood continues the adventures of Christopher Robin, Winnie-the-Pooh, Tigger, Piglet, Eeyore and friends, bringing these beloved characters to life again in a truly magical way. If you or a special child in your life love the classic Winnie-the-Pooh stories and illustrations, Return to the Hundred Acre Wood is absolutely guaranteed not to disappoint!

Grownups love reading too! Here are some great picks for the book-lovers on your list:

Shulman_Sin Foods_cover_72.jpgThumbnail image for snow_flake_2.pngHealthy Sin Foods, by Dr. Joey Shulman
Is there a special someone in your life who just loves to indulge? If so, Healthy Sin Foods by Dr. Joey Shulman is the gift for them. As George Bernard Shaw so eloquently put it: "there is no sincerer love than the love of food". Dr. Shulman urges us to throw away our guilt, ditch our chronic "excusitis" syndrome, and enjoy the 101 mouth watering and tasty options featured in her new book. Perfect for the cook, food-lover or health nut on your list, Healthy Sin Foods is a surefire hit!

9780771008443.jpg
The Year of the Flood, by Margaret Atwood
The long-awaited new novel from Margaret Atwood, The Year of the Flood is a brilliant visionary imagining of the future that calls to mind her classic novel The Handmaid's Tale. Nominated for a 2009 Giller Prize, this novel will not fail to delight the readers on your list. Adam One, the kindly leader of the God's Gardeners - a religion devoted to the melding of science, religion, and nature - has long predicted a disaster. Now it has occurred, obliterating most human life. Two women remain: Ren, a young dancer locked away in a high-end sex club, and Toby, a former God's Gardener, who barricades herself inside a luxurious spa. Have others survived?

9780307398673.jpgWhat is Stephen Harper Reading? by Yann Martel
Every two weeks since April 16th, 2007, Yann Martel has mailed Stephen Harper a book along with a letter. These insightful, provocative letters detailing what he hopes the Prime Minister may take from the books -- by such writers as Jane Austen, Gabriel Garcia Marquez and Stephen Galloway -- are collected here together. The one-sided correspondence (Mr. Harper's office has only replied once) becomes a meditation on reading and writing and the necessity to allow ourselves to expand stillness in our lives, even if we're not head of government. This one will tickle both lovers of books and politicos of all stripes alike!

Perfect! Sonicare for Kids! Glad that you mentioned it! I was wondering if there were electric toothbrushes for kids.

I wish I had some Little Miss Clips back when my daughter had "barely-there" hair!!

I'm looking forward to the new Winnie The Pooh story, fingers crossed it is true to all the characters voices. Very impressive list, I'll take it all ;)

I am looking forward to driniking the Wolf Blass on Christmas Eve, with my hubbie, puting togther all of the "boy" toys we will be purchasing this year ;)!

Enjoy!!!! If you haven't tried it yet you are going to enjoy it. Have fun putting all the "boys" toys together.

I love the NESCAFE Dolce Gusto. 8 different varieties to choose from is so nice for a party, or casual get together

Great selection of ideas. Going to be purchasing a couple of the things now as gifts -- and maybe getting the dyson handheld for me if there is any money left over : )

The Harumika would have been my dream when I was about 8 or 9 years-old! I remember the year of the Rubik's Cube so the Rubik 360 might just be something I have to wrap my head around. Nothing like a challenge!

The Kodak S730 Digital Frame would be a lovely gift that the whole family could enjoy!

I'd love the Kodak digital picture frame to upload pictures of my kiddies (of course!). We gave a couple of family members when they first came on the market a few years ago but don't have one for ourselves. Like so many people, we take all kinds of pictures with our digital camera but rarely print them.

There are so many great snowflaked gifts here -- it was hard to choose just one!

I would love the Dyson Handhelds, it would be such a great gift because I have an obsession with cleaning and I always heard Dyson was a good brand and that they are really powerful and never lose suction! Man that is my favorite thing I would want.

I really want that Dyson handheld!!

The Kodak S730 Digital Frame is awesome! We would be thrilled to win this!

I'd love to win the Kodak S730 Digital Frame so that I can load it up with pictures of our new baby to send to my Dad whom I only get to see very rarely.

TheKodak S730 Digital Frame would such a neat thing to have. I could eliminate the billions of frames in my house. It's starting to look like a museum.

I would abosolutly LOVE the Dyson Handheld, I have always coveted having a Dyson vacuum, in this house it would be well used with two boys, a husband and a dog!
Not to mention the colour is my favourite, Amethyst!

my son is 12 and he still loves Webkinz

I would be thrilled to win a dyson handheld. I have two toddlers and a hairy yellow lab. We have to constantly suck up tubleweeds of dog hair to keep the youngest from eating it, crawling in it, and playing with the balls of fur. I have heard wonderful things about dyson and have been waiting patiently for my current full size vaccum to go kaput so that we could try one of these out, I've been waiting for 3 years now and I am begining to think that this thing won't ever die. ooohh ooohh pick me pick me (I am holding my hand in the air and jumping up and down) LOL. This may be my only hope.

I'm going to comment on a few items I'd like to win - first - the Harumika dress design sounds wonderful for my daughter....and I am sure we'd love creating outfits with it.

I would love to win the Dyson hand held. I have a 5 month old puppy (Maggie)
and she sheds all over the house. This would be so great to have

Here I am again - this time to comment about the Moxie Girlz...again my daughter would love this. Dolls that promote being yourself are very much appreciated by parents of pre-teen girls who are flooded with "you should be this small"; "you should do this"; "you should have this color hair" etc.

Ok ok - this time it's the BFC Ink dolls - what a great idea - a group of girls who are friends through thick and thin...they even have a new girl join their Best Friends Club (Kaitlin) and there is an online site; BFCInk.com; where girls can go to read up on their best friend doll and the trials and tribulations the girls deal with....situations my daughter is familiar with...alright I admit it - not only would I love to give this to my Maria but I'd love to have one to play with as well LOL...guess I'm still a kid at heart.

The Kodak S730 Digital Frame - wow - what I could do with this..... all those pictures my sisters email me of them and their kids would now have someplace to go...and this would be easier then dragging guest to the computer to show the lastest and greatest pics of the kids scoring that goal, singing that song or attempting to sit for the latest family portrait. Gauging by the number of photos in my picture file on this computer - I'll need more than one!

When I was a little girl, I remember learning to bake with my Mom. Now that I have a little girl of my own, I can't wait to teach her how to bake. It has always been my dream to own a KitchenAid Stand Mixer! What an awesome Christmas surprise that would be if I won!!!

The Dyson Handheld vacuum - what a find - something powerful that you don't have to drag out of the closet and set up! This would be a god send - having a house of 6 kids (ranging in ages between their 10's and 20's - yes the 20 year olds still live at home) this would be so easy to work with....all those pizza, chip and popcorn crumbs could magically disappear and the magical instrument that was used could be picked up and put away in an instant- Fantastic!

Panasonic DMP-BD60 - Blu-ray Disc™ Player
- good price for holidays :)

I would love to win Kodak S730 digital frame. I could have my daughter's picture right in front of me all the times who is right now living with my parents in India and I am here in Canada.

I would really like the "Healthy Sin Foods, by Dr. Joey Shulman" book. I had the chance to listen to one of her presentations at work and thought she was really motivational.

Those Maplelea dolls are adorable...I'd love for Santa to bring one of those cuties!

I'd love to win any or all of these!

~ Webkinz Jr (for my son who loves stuffed animals)

~ Moxie Girlz (I've always loved dolls)

~ BFC Ink Dolls (These dolls are so modern)

~ Kodak S730 Digital Frame (To show off my family's photos)

~ Disney Interactive Studios' A Christmas Carol for Nintendo DS (For my friend's kids who hve a DS)

~ Dyson Handhelds (We need a new vaccum)

~ Sheaffer and the Canadian Cancer Society (To support the Cancer Society)

I would like to win the Kodak S730 Digital Frame for my husband. He has not seen his girls in over 4 years now and I think this would be the perfect gift for him, to be able to see lots of pictures of them and hear their special song whenever and wherever he chooses.

The Dyson Handhelds would make life so much easier. We have no carpet on our main level but carpet on the 2 sets of stairs around it. It is such a pain to lug the vacuum around when you have one of two toddlers spill something. I would love to win this.

I would love the Dyson handheld. With a toddler and a baby, I have lots of little spills that need tending to. My big vacuum is just too big t drag out everday to clean up those little messes that kids leave behind.

Great gift guide!

I would love the dyson vacuum to give to my husband. He loves to vacuum (yes I am a very lucky woman) and he loves the dyson brand.

Fingers crossed!! :)

The Harumika Style Starter Set would be great. We would have a happy one being able to make outfits on the Harumika Style Starter Set instead of just on a doll or the table. Makes seeing it a lot easier before trying to actually make it.

Sadly, the best gift I could get would be the Dyson vacuum...oh, how my life has changed since having a child!

I would like to get the Healthy Sin Foods, by Dr. Joey Shulman, since I recently began cooking and pursing a healthier lifestyle. Plus it would be handy for the holidays! :)

I would love to get one of the Dyson Handhelds, I think it would be perfect for my mother since the vacuum we currently have just broke! haha

My daughter would be thrilled if I could win a Moxie Girlz doll for her! What a wonderful giveaway!

REPOST (I forgot to login the first time)
I would love to get one of the Dyson Handhelds, I think it would be perfect for my mother since the vacuum we currently have just broke! haha

Dyson Handhelds would be a great gift for the whole family not just me! I have to little babies...One is 2 months old and the other is 18months...It would make life so much easier . It would be great to have one!

The Dyson Handheld would be perfect & much easier to lug around. I have a full size Dyson, which I love, but this smaller one would be great for the couches and stairs. Three cats leave a lot of hair around the house!!!

Wow, so many choices but I guess my first choice would be the dyson handheld. I don't really need a full size vacuum cleaner, because I don't have much carpeted area. However a small sized vacuum would be perfect for our carpet on both sets of stairs and for the front door runners which are constantly dirty due to living with 2 little boys. And since I am a good mom, my little boy who is sitting beside me -- said come on Mom, I want a Webkinz Jr, you dont need a vacuum, I am just going to keep making messes -- just give up on it ; )

A Christmas Carol for Nintendo DS

My daughter would love the BFC Ink Dolls. Any toys for tween girls are great.

I would love to win the Dyson Hand Held. I have wanted a Dyson for several years but just have not been able to afford one. This one that is portable would be even better as you wouldn't have to lug it up the stairs and also great for Furniture. Thanks for the opportunity and also have a Very Merry Holiday Season.

I would love to win the Dyson Hand Held Vaccuum. I have always wanted to own a Dyson but due to the cost, have not been able to get one. Being a portable vaccuum would be a bonus as you don't have to lug up the stairs and also would be great for furniture. Thanks for the opportunity and have a Very Merry Holiday season.

I am excited to see the Return to Hundred Acres Woods...I am an avid Winnie the Pooh fan!

My kids would love Return to the Hundred Acre Wood, it would be great to win that!

I would like to win the Kodak S730 Digital Frame for myself

Well to start off with my first choice would be the Dyson hand held vacuum because it would help me with the cat hair that is all over my house! My second choice would be the Disney Interactive Studios' A Christmas Carol for Nintendo DS because I haven't found any other games for my DS that I want to play.

I would love to win the Kodak Zi8 Pocket Video Camera. I've been winning contests and gifts for the rest of my family. It would be nice to win something that I wanted personally. I'm forever complaining to my parents that we don't have a camera tthat'll "capture the moment" my niece and nephew are almost 3 and 5 years old. They are growing up so fast and doing weird and sweet and adorable things that need to be captured on film... ... So they can be embarrassed by it later in life! ^.^

The Dyson Handheld looks amazing! We have a little handheld vacuum that I need to empty constantly, and it always loses suction right away; it would be great to win!

I Love the Dyson handhelds, having a long haired dog and cat not to mention a 15 month old daughter I never seem to put my vaccuum away! The only problem is is that it is so big it's more of a hassel than help! Having a smaller more managable vaccuum would be such a big help especially on the furniture and stairs! Oh my the possibilities! It's not something I would typically go out to buy so to win it would be fantastic! Thanks!

I would love to have the Panasonic DMP-BD60 Blue Ray player because I don't own a Blue Ray player, and it would be a wonderful prize to win.

The Dyson Handheld will definitely be on my wish list! A necessity for the dog, bring it Santa baby!

I would love the dyson handheld -- taking out the heavy vacume for routine cleaning is such a pain. I would be especially great as I am expecting a second baby -- due feb 1st --- the smaller dyson would help me keep the house clean without aching my back :)

I know our little guys would love the Webkinz Jr. They both love them and like playing online with them. Its nice because I know they are playing on a safe site!

I'd love a Dyson Handheld because my handheld vacuum is about to bite the biscuit!

I think the Ben 10 Alien Force Figures would be perfect for my two boys. At ages 3 and 5 they enjoy the same toys and still love to play together! The interchangeable pieces would keep little hands busy!

the harumika design set says it's for girls although i know of one mom (okay, yes...me) who will be fighting for a turn with her daughters!

I have always wanted a KitchenAid Stand Mixer, just never seem to have that extra money to splurge, and hubby always reminds me that I own a wire whisk and my wrists and arms aren't broke. Just gotta love him lol

My little guy would love the zippity learning system. What a great way for them to learn while encouraging them to be active.

the digital frame is cool

My niece would love Webkinz Jr. She loves stuffies.

I've have 5 kids (including a 6mth old) and the Kodak Zi8 Pocket Video Camera
sure would come in handy recording those precious moments! Their precious moments are recorded in my heart; however, would be nice to share with the rest of the world...

I would love to win Dyson Handhelds because my little dust buster is not quite powerful enough for the job.

Oh sorry, just saw that my pick has no snowflake beside it. My snowflake pick would definitely be the Dyson hand held. This would be excellent to do the stairs, car, furniture and all those little quick pick ups.

I would love to win Ben 10 Alien Force: Alien Creation Chamber Figure Set for my nephew. He loves Ben 10!

I love the Dyson Handhelds because it's powerful and convenience for me to clean up the small little dirt.

I would like to win Disney Interactive Studios' A Christmas Carol for Nintendo DS for my girls as they are getting a DS for Christmas.

I would like to win the Kodak S730 Digital Frame. If I won I would give it to my parents for Christmas loaded with pictures.

I would love to win Kodak S730 digital frame for our family , coz' every moment in life is a Kodak moment , which will never come back , but some special ones that we do manage to capture would be stored in this frame and cherished more often then taking out an album , or opening up the copmuter files. Having 8000 of these pictures for easy viewing sure beats framing a select few :D

I would love to win the Kodak S730 Digital Frame! I'll be going back to university in January and I'm going to miss my family a lot while I'm there. This would be a great way to ease the pain of living away from home and help me get through the long nights (and early mornings) of studying!
Thank you!

I like the Harumika as my daughter is interested in fashion design

I would love to have the Ben 10 Alien force: Alien creation chamber figure set because my son loves Ben 10, and has wanted this set for awhile

I also hope to win Little Miss Clips for my little niece. She barely has any hair!

I also like Moxie Girlz. My girls would dig them.

The Webkinz Jr. would be a great toy to win.

Ben 10 Alien Force would be a great toy for the boys.

The Dyson handheld looks like a great idea. would like to try that out for sure.

The Harumika is just what my daughter would enjoy. Her dream is to become a fashion designer so this kit would be perfect to get her started.Hope I am lucky

Little Miss Clips would be great for my niece.

The Kodak S730 Digital Frame would be a great gift for the whole family.

The Dyson Handheld vacuum would be a great gift for my mom.

The products offered are all such great products. The Sheaffer Pen sent would be a great gift for my niece who loves to write little stories.

I would love to win the Webkinz Jr. toy since it has won an award. I would give it to my friend's grandson.

Wow - fantastic ideas! My 3 1/2 yr old son would love a Webkinz Jr. He just loves his stuffies right now and keeps eyeing his big sister's Webkinz cats. It would be fantastic to win one for him as they are a bit expensive to buy.

My 7yr daughter would love a Moxie girl. She is most like Lexa - playful, silly and definitely creative. She is so huge on crafts and making things. She always tells me that she enjoys creating things because she puts a little bit of herself in every one and that is what makes them special.

I would like to win the Dyson Handheld and give it to my husband so he could enjoy vacuuming.

I would like to win the Kodak S730 Digital Frame so I can give it to my friend. She can view her grandchildren who live far away.

My son would love Ben 10 Alien Force: Alien Creation Chamber Figure Set

I love the Kitchen Art Stand mixer, it helps a lot in baking, processing food. My Mom would love it as a gift for this Christmas, she is 65 and still love baking so much!!

My neice would love Harumika as she is so into fashion

My neice would love the BFC Ink Dolls
sounds like a neat concept

My dad would love the Kodak S730 Digital Frame.

I would love the Disney Interactive Studios' A Christmas Carol for Nintendo DS sounds like a fun game.

I would love the Dyson Handheld..it would make small cleanups a breeze.

I would love to win either the Moxie Girlz or the BFC Ink doll for my daughters. They have been given Bratz as gifts from others in past years and I try to explain why I do not like Bratz and why I will never buy them. I like that doll manufacturers are developing products that send much more positive messages to girls, while still maintaining many of the attributes that girls are attracted to (hair & fashion).

I would love to have the digital picture frame. It is on my list (and has been for a long time), but alas all the money gets spent on the kids' clothes and activities. I would absolutely love to have one.

Love all the gifts that we could possibly win.

Good Luck to all.

The gift selection is really nice!

If i could choose only one i would go for the Dyson Handhelds and give it to my mother because as long as can remember, she as been taking-in cats and dogs that she would find or people would abandon for no reason..still remember when i was younger and waking -up with 6 to 8 cats on my bed and i would be plastered of cat hair..lol! She as a good heart and never ask much ...well maybe cleaning out some cat litters here and there..lol! Now, i'm pushing the big 40 and she's in her 60's and having problems with her back and taking out the big vacuum all the time isnt as easy as it used to be. I think that the Dyson would really help her with small areas and make her life easier in taking care of all the cats and dogs she helps save.

All the possible gift wins are great!

Good luck to all.

I know I would love to win the Kodak Zi8 Pocket Video Camera. I feel so guilty about the deep depression I fell into...I missed so many moments of my precious daughter growing up...I don't want to miss another moment! I think a video camera would help me capture those moments to reply time and again; even share them with my 81 year old mom that can't be there all the time to witness those moments.

i would like to win the dyson hand held, thanks

Well... since the Kitchenaid mixer isn't on your giveaway list, I guess I'll have to ask hubby for that one :-) But it would be fabulous if Sin Foods was under the tree next to it - or in the mailbox!

Webkinz Jr. would be ideal for my little girls, especially with the award.

I like the Dyson hand held would get great use in my Kitchen so I guess this gift would be for me!

Oh, awesome gifts! I loved the variety but I knew what I wanted the moment I looked. Dyson Handhelds!! Not much for my home as for my car! Would be so convenient. Thanks for organizing this.

On a side note, I have tried the mini PC cheesecakes (under the Food category) and let me tell you, they are one tempting and satisfying treat.

This entire list sounds great !! The kodak digital frame is what I would Love!!! I love love pic frames and this one sounds great being able to put tons of pics in it!!! Amesome!!!

I have a very fluffy dog so the Dyson Handheld vacuum would make my life so much easier, I could just whip it out and go over the couch before company comes. It would come in handy when the kids explode the cereal too ;) Happy December!

When my daughter saw the Harumika set at the toy store she begged for it.
It is pricy though.
We just bought the sonicare for kids and my 7 year old loves it. We were using the adult sonicare with the kids brush option but it was too rough. The new one is perfect.
Definate good investment with all the holiday sweets.

So many choices to make a Christmas a happy time. Especially the Kodak Zi8 Pocket Video Camera.

The Dyson handheld would be a wonderful addittion to the house. I have a full sized that I LOVE! Dyson makes a great quality product. A handheld would be perfect for spot cleaning so I don't have to drag out my fullsize to clean up after my 2 small children and 3 small pets :P Thanks for all the great gift offers, that digital photo frame was coming in at a close second. Who wants to print pictures anymore?

I wish Santa would bring The Kitchen Aid stand Mixer, I make homemade breads and cakes, I have arthritis in my hands and it sure makes it hard when a bread reicipe needs to be kneaded 3 times it sure would be a very welcome gift! (: from Santa

I would love the Little Miss Clips for my daughter. Her hair is just long enough to start stocking up on clips!

Very awesome list of gadgets and goodies! Of all the things on the list, however, the one that caught my eye right away was the Kodak Zi8 Pocket Video Camera. I don't have a camera of my own and literally only have 3 or 4 photos of my kids taken with my grainy cellphone camera (before it broke and I had to downgrade to a no-camera, no-perks of any kind type of phone). These digital cameras are not a luxury I can afford at the moment and I've pretty much been begging friends and family to pass on any photos of my boys they may have captured at celebrations or other events, so having one of my own would be amazing. As commented before, kids grow so fast and I'm quickly losing those precious first years I so sorely want documented. So, yeah, it'd be great to win this one! :) ***Fingers AND toes crossed***

~*Olly*~
(^_^)

I'd love to win the Dyson Handheld as I have a dog that sheds non-stop, a cat, and 2 messy children. I would make life so much easier!

The Dyson Handheld would be great for cleaning up after the cat and dog before the holidays!

I would love to win a Dyson vacuum, but as it is Christmas I will think of the kids. My son is in love with Ben 10 - WE have to watch the same shows over and over and over. Please let him get some Ben 10 so he can use his imagination. Ben 10 Alien Force: Alien Creation Chamber Figure Set.

The Kodak 5730 Digital Frame would be a wonderful gift for the entire family. We could enjoy the Christmas moments every day next year.

I would love to give my husband the Dyson Handheld because he was just mentioning that we need a handheld vaccuum to keep up with our little guys spills as he learns to eat on his own at the table as well as in the car.....crumbs galore!!!!!! Soooo cute but soooo messy!! Gotta love it!!! :)

I just love the Mapleleah dolls and would love to win one of them!!

Boy, this is a tough one. I'd love to win the KodakS730 digital frame. It's just a great way to show of all your photos. But I also lean towards the Dyson handheld as I have a cat that sheds quite a bit, plus I've heard only great things about the Dyson. So, since I am so undecided I wouldn't mind a bit if you surprised me.

Hmmm...don't see a snowflake by the Mapleleah dolls so maybe the Moxie dolls? We are very into dolls around here so a doll would be our first choice of something to win. Lots of great choices on the list though! The Dyson looks great also!

Crikey I imagine there isn't a Mum out there who WOULDN'T want to win that DYSON handheld Vacuum! The idea of not having to lug up the big booofer of a vacuum from downstairs in the basement to clean up every crumb would be fantastic! We have two boys (not including my husband!) and a carpeted eating area, so you if you added up the crumbs on our carpet you could probably serve a meal ;)

I would like to win the Harumika set so I can give it to my friend who has a granddaughter who would love this.

ohhh...just spotted the kitchenaide mixer, that would be an awesome Christmas gift!! Imagine having a mixer that doesn't decorate the entire kitchen with everything in the bowl it should be mixing!! My current one has a habit of doing that exact thing...not having major cleanup while baking would be awesome!

The webkinz junior sounds great for all my relatives =)
adrenaline180@hotmail.com

I'd love to win the YOU: Having a Baby, By Michael F. Roizen and Mehmet Oz. We've had two miscarriages in the last year and while I've read a lot, more info is always good. We're going to try again... hopefully this one sticks!

oh to have a dyson handheld....I think this product is stealing the show ;o)
My current handheld can only get me through 1/2 my stairs, how cool would it be to get them all done in one charge?!?!

I would luv, luv, luv the kitchenaid stand mixer. I've always wanted one like it however, have never been able to justify the cost.

We all love reading and I think the new book Return to the Hundred Acre Wood sounds like a great book to read aloud over the holiday season. Thank you

i would like to win the kitchenaide mixer because it is one of the best mixer in the market.

My cousin would love the ben ten alien force action figures
adrenaline180@hotmail.com

The harumika product is awesome!

adrenaline180(at)hotmail.com

Have heard great things about the Return to the Hundred Acre Wood and my kids love the original book.

Well sometimes over the holidays we go for a long drive, that is the time that my kids share their DS game. A DS Disney Interactive Sudios, A Christmas Carol for the Nintendo DS would be a lot of fun for them to try out.

I would love to win the BFC Ink Dolls. These would be great for a relative's daughter.

ohhhh the dyson handheld would be a wonderful and loved addition to my house and the messy people that live there lol Yay Dyson :)

I really think It would be excellent to win the Philips Power Clipper. I know someone who is very hairy and really needs to shave, they don't because get this...THEY DON'T OWN A SHAVER. This would be the perfect gift for the holidays. PICK ME PICK ME!

I am a avid baker and it would be the greatest to win the KitchenAid stand mixer. I have dreamed of making that huge purchase but has never had the "extra" funds to. Until then...I'll keep on dreaming.

I would really love to win the Philips Power Clipper Would be a great gift for someone I know. They really need it =P

I would really love to win the Philips Power Clipper Would be a great gift for someone I know. They really need it =P

I am a avid baker and it would be the greatest to win the KitchenAid stand mixer. I have dreamed of making that huge purchase but has never had the "extra" funds to. Until then...I'll keep on dreaming.

I'd love to win moxie girls for my realitives

adrenaline180(at)hotmail.com

Who doesn't love Winnie the Pooh? A new story? I wonder if it includes any of the adventures I've made up in my imagination over the years? I hope I win a copy.

I would like to win Ben 10 Alien Force for my son. He love Ben 10.
And also Kodak S730 Digital Frame so I can load some nice family pictures.
My husband could use Dyson Handhelds for the mess from our baby.
And at the end he really needs Philips Power Clipper.

Oh!!! "Return to the Hundred Acre Woods" would be the greatest to win! I loved Winnie the Pooh growing up and still do now! They have the greatest stories :)

I would be thrilled to win the Kodak S730 Digital Frame to put up pictures of my family.
I would also like to win Healthy Sin Foods for my family so they could be snacking on those instead of junk food.

Healthy Sin Foods, is there really such a thing? And they are brave enough to put it in print? Step back and watch out for the stampede. I hope to win a copy of the book and that every recipe includes chocolate.

You Having a Baby book by Dr. Oz. He is totally the it man this year, for advice about taking care of ourselves and being informed. Educate yourselves girls and make the best choices. Sound like a great read, hope to read it and pass it along.

Just say Webkins and kids will scream and faint if they could. For sure a best bet gift for Christmas, and I've got children who would love to receive one, or two, or ...

Dyson vacuums, are they really good? If I win one I will tell you all.

Buying a pen set for a gift seems a distant gift to give, but matching it with Cancer and suddenly you get to make a statement, take a stand and show what you stand for. It's not just a pink pen anymore. It shows you care. If you don't win one, buy one.

Wow the Dyson Handheld would just be a fantastic present for me, what a way to easily clean up those little messes that always seem to happen. At Christmas I somtimes think it is a good idea to give a present to yourself, especially if you are the one in your family that organizes and does it all for everyone else...like a lot of us moms do!

The Philips Power Clipper, I see the picture, read the name, hear the sound in my mind (although I've never heard it for real) and cringe. Is this torture for men and not only for women anymore? Sounds like it could be good product, does it work well? Let's win one and find out for ourselves. Can you use it on your legs too? Hee Hee!

I would put the Dyson handheld DC31 Animal at the top of my wish list this holiday season. Yup, I wanna clean my house for Christmas! With a eight-month old, a three-year old, and three very furry dogs I always have something that needs to be vacuumed up, usually dog fur tumbleweeds... Just what you want your baby putting in his mouth!

I'd love the Dyson Handheld as I have a long haired cat whose fur gets all over the house!

The one gift I'd love to win: the Dyson DC31 Animal. I don't have a dog or cat, but I do have a pet conure (small parrot) at home. While he doesn't shed hair, he moults -- and these days, there are piles of feathers on the floor! To make matters worse, he's now in "breeding condition", which means he's a slave to his hormones. He's started plucking his feathers, which he does every year at this time -- especially the soft, grey down feathers -- leading to even more feathers EVERYWHERE. Add to that the fact that he's a chronically messy eater, as all parrots are; he flings bread, seeds, pellets, fruit & veggies halfway across the room. I find his discarded treats in some very interesting places.... (I've often said he should be in the shotput event at the summer Olympics, lol). So... I am dealing with an unusual situation, which calls for a very unusual (and extraordinary) vacuum: the Dyson DC31 Animal.

I would love the opportunity to try out the Dyson handheld !!! I have one dog and one cat (growing to 3 cats when my sister goes out of town). My Mom has had to move in recently and is allergic - am looking for an effective hair picker-upper to avoid having to get rid of my beloved pets (or my Mom). LOL! Thanks for the chance !!!!

I'd love to win the Kodak S730 Digital Frame so that I can load it up with pictures of our newborn baby girl and send that to my parents in India who I won't be able to see for another 5years. They are counting days to see my kids...This will make a perfect Christmas gift for my MOM and DAD...esp at this special time of their daughter's life.

OR

I would love get the Dyson Handhelds, it would be such a great gift at this time as I have an obsession with cleaning and need a powerful vaccum to make my home dust free for my kids.
I have already got ridden of my central vaccum-Beam and hand-held. They were much annoying. My carpet lost its texture with continual use of 3-4 times a week.

oh i love the DYSON HANDHELD i could sure use that !! would be great for the car the couches at the cottage GREAT

I would love to win Webkinz Jr.
I think this will be a perfect gift for my 3 years old son.

I would also like to win Kodak S730 Digital Frame.
If I win, I will give this to my husband on his coming birthday.

Gramma- I would love to win the Dyson handheld. With a cat and dog in the house I'm always trying to keep up with cleaning up hair, and by the looks of it I may even be able to get my husband to give it a try and tell me how good it works.
Or
I would love to win the Kodak S730 Digital frame. My youngest daughter is joining the Canadian Armed Forces and you are only allowed to take 1 picture frame with your favourite picture. I would be able to load pictures of her son, which she would be able to see everyday, and seeing as she could be gone for 6-9 months this would be a real l upper on down days, and she would realize that's she is doing this for her son and herself to make a better life for them both.

We would love to receive a video-camera for christmas. Kodak Zi8 Pocket Video Camera looks awsome!

I love the BFC dolls and what they stand for!

adrenaline180(at)hotmail.com

I would like the book YOU: Having a Baby, as I just found out I am having one!

The Kodak S730 Digital Frame
looks wonderful. What a great way to display the photos that just sit inside the computer! :-)

I like the Webkinz Jr. and Moxie Girlz items as well, and

the Sheaffer Pen that supports the Canadian Cancer Society is a great idea.

The Dyson handhelds really caught my eye!! I really need an easy to use small vacuum as I have an injury to my right hand (that has been going on for 4 years now) and the Dyson models look easy to manage with one hand. The Dyson brand is very good so I have no misgivings about the mini vac.

I REALY LIKE Webkinz Jr FOR MY SON .WILL BE A GREAT GIFT FOR HIM.
REALY LOOK FORWARD TO WIN FOR MY 6 MONTH OLD CHAMPION

Dyson Handheld, Wow, my husband would love it, my gift to me, keep my husband
vacuuming. Great for the stairs

I would love to win the Disney Interactive Studios' A Christmas Carol for Nintendo DS. Sounds like the whole family could enjoy this.

I would love to win the Dyson Handheld. I am a mother of young triplets and cannot tell you the number of spills and messes my wonderful but adventerous threesome create. It would make my life so much easier to not have to haul out a huge vaccuum for smaller cleanups. In addition, it looks like such a unique and awesome handheld, I have never seen anything like it. I would be so excite to try it out and be able to make a recommendation to my friends and family.

My children would be ecstatic if we were to win the Webkinz Jr. The three of them are proud owners of 29 webkinz each. What started with one continued to grow with their love for the stuffie itself and the website. I have to say as a parent I could not be happier with the product. The website is incredible and teaches the children huge life skills. It quickly made me aware of which of my children were spenders and savers and has slowly shown them how to manage their spending to a certain degree. I am a huge fan of the website and think that the product provides really good value for its cost. Please make us happy this Christmas with a new member to join our Webkinz family.

i want win Dyson Handhelds because, my big vacuum is crapping out

I would really like the book "Healthy Sin Food" because I will be going to University next year to become a dietician and I want to learn everything I can about food so I can be very knowledgeable once I have clients. Unfortunately I don't have much money after enrolling for University so anything health related that I can get for free is extremely appreciated.

I would also really like the Panasonic DMP-BD60 BLU RAY disc player to give to my father for Christmas. He has been so good to me this year and loves watching movies but does not have much money so can only watch VHS. I really want to get him something special this year because he is such a great dad and I know this gift would make him so happy.

The Nescafe Dolce Gusto would be the perfect gift for my mom because she once had a coffee maker but my little sister accidently broke it and my mom has not been able to find a nice one since. It would make my family so happy to see my mom get something she actually really wants this year so I would greatly appreciate being able to win this for her.

The Philips SalonStraight Sonic Straightener would be a really nice gift to give to my sister because when she spent her money on a nice straightener I used it on my damp hair and broke it. I feel so bad but neither of us have enough money to replace it.

Don't tell my husband because I would never want him to buy me any sort of appliance for Christmas but I would LOVE the Dyson Handheld vacuum. It could be out little secret!! LOL

I would love the Dyson Handheld vacuum - with 2 cats and a dog, I could really use it. It would be particularly great for the chair I always manage to sit on when I'm wearing black!

I love Dr. Joey Shulman and Healthy Sin Foods would be a great gift as I love to bake for my friends and family. I am always looking for new recipes. Once again Merry Christmas to me!

I would love to win the Winnie Pooh return to the Hundred Acre Wood. All my children love Winnie the Pooh. Thank you

I know the two guys in my family would enjoy these toys: Ben 10 Alien Force: Alien Creation Chamber Figure Set. It would bring them hours of fun and be able to share quality time and laughter. I can hear them already...:)

I would love to win the Kodak S730 Digital Frame for my mother in law who has 15 grandchildren and likes to keep up with all their activities. She has several health issues so pictures are a big part of how we share with her what everyone has been doing. She would enjoy this very much and she certainly deserves it.

I would love to win the Harumika for my daughter. What a great idea to encourage girls to be explore the world of fashion in a fun way. I know she would it. Thank you.

I would love to win the webkinz for my daughter, this is a hard time of year for me as I am sure it is for everyone. My daughters birthday is 13 days before christmas, I try to seperate the 2 occasions but at times it is hard because of the expense of everything.

I would love to win the Nescafe Dolce Gusto. I'm a huge coffee lover and it would make a super addition to my kitchen. I must say though, I'd be proud and lucky to win any of these great prizes.

Thanks!

The Dyson handheld seems really efficient - I'd love to own that =)

I'd love to win the phillips power clipper for my dad

adrenaline180(at)hotmail.com

I'd love to win the Sheaffer pen

adrenaline180(at)hotmail.com

I'd love to win "Return to the Hundred Acre Wood"
Sounds like a good book!

Have heard good things about Return to the Hundred Acre Wood and my kids love the original book.

I would love to win Webkinz Jr. for my 3 year old grandson. Grandma's toy box has alot of older toys.

My son mentioned he would like Ben 10 - I didn't know what the toys look like. Now that they are on the recommended list, I think I will go out and look for them.
Thanks, Francesca

I would love to win the Kodak S730 Digital Frame. My children are growing so quickly, it would be great to be able to have all their years rotating on one picture frame. Plus, they love seeing pictures of themselves. Thanks.

I would love to win any of these prizes. My person favorite is the Kodak Zi8 Pocket Video Camera. Life is too short and I try to capture memories every where I go.

I would be thrilled to win the Dyson Handheld! I LOVE Dyson, but unfortunately can't afford one. We have 2 cats and a dog, who all shed profusely. The hand-held would come in very handy.Thanks.

If I won the Philips Power Clipper, maybe my husband would leave me alone, and do his own hair. Please, for all that is holy, let me win it!

Ah, it would be joyous to have to have the Dyson Handheld - I have a chocolate lab who I think sheds more than any other lab. My arms are getting tired from hauling the big vacuum cleaner around the house!

That Kodak S730 Digital picture frame is something that would hold a lot of memories! I'd love to own it!

I own a Dyson Handsheld and it is a really nifty little vacuum for all the little jobs that don't require the big machine!

The kodak digital frame is such a perfect idea in the digital world - what else to do with all those digital photos??

I really love the Dyson Handhelds with 2 cats and a yellow lab, my home needs lots of tools to help keep it neat and tidy!!!

I would love to win the Sheaffer Pen. Used one of these when I was in regular school and then again in high school and in college and University. Love it and would like to own one again. Brings back a lot of memories. I hope I win.

I would love to win the Kodak S730 Digital Frame, My husband works out of town, so this would be a really nice gift to give to him to take to work with some pictures of our family. That way he could show off the new baby to all his co-workers, and our son, and the dogs. He loves to show pictures to anyone who will look!!

I would love it if my mom could win the Wolf Bass wine. She has been doing Christmas for 16 to 18 people every year for 18 years. It puts a sacrifice on her because she can't buy all the gifts that she wants for us, but her family is important to her. She does all the baking and dinner by herself and I think that she deserves a little drink to relax. She loves wine and would appreciate the thought that someone notices her hard work.

I would also like to win the Dyson Handhelds because my vacuum is on the way out.. it keeps losing suction! I have two dogs (black lab/chow cross, and ridge-back/mastiff/boxer cross) and one cat and use the vacuum at least 3 or 4 times a week! this would be a perfect present for me to just be able to grab quickly and vacuum up the couches and chairs when I don't feel like doing the whole house! If you ever decide to "gift" the kitchen aide stand mixer may I be the first on the list... Please? These are so expensive, I have been waiting a few years to get my mom one of these, she does all the Christmas baking for us kids, and gifts her baking goods(Because they are so darn good!) to many of her friends, as this is what they all want for Christmas. But they are a bit out of my price range. However if you want to make her (and my) Christmas, then this would be the very best Christmas present for my mom. Thank you

The Philips Power Clipper is a super idea for the whole family !! I would put this on my wish list for sure - I am always looking for a way to get an even "in between" trim of my hair where I like it short and my grandson (and son-in-law) would probably also be begging to "borrow" it as well...

I would love to have the Dyson Handheld....... Being a single mom with a 15 yr old son son, 12 year old daughter and a 5yr old cocker spaniel. Hair and stuff get everywhere!!!! by any chance does it come with a maid??? Teens and tweens don't really pick up after themselves.... and then they bring over the friends, take over the living room, play video games, watch TV, lounge on the floor and couches...... I guess I can't complain, I know where they are and what they are doing....but the mess..... Stitch (the cocker spaniel) loves the chaos and helps with the food that was dropped on the floor.... see now..you all have that visual....

Kodak S730 Digital Frame - this would be ideal for my friend Bonnie...... Her camera was stolen from her house at her own birthday party!!!!! And some of her birthday gifts. I am replacing her camera as a Christmas gift, but it would be nice to get the rest of the guests' pictures from the party and put them into this digital frame. Nice memento. We just wish that since they took the camera ...couldn't they at least leave the memory card??? We took turns using it to get her some great pictures. It was a fairly new camera too...it was a last years Christmas gift..... we certainly don't want this to be an annual present.
