Thank You Kaitlin Hrudey
There has been a lot of media coverage lately of the youth mental health crisis, which is particularly bad here in Calgary. And it's about damn time. I've known about this crisis for a long time now, because I've been part of it. And it's getting worse, not better. My oldest daughter has anxiety. And not just your garden-variety anxiety, either. O'Brien began documenting her days taking the challenges and coming to terms with what life has dealt her and her family. We had a chance to interview Kelly O'Brien at the WorldWide Premiere screening of her very personal documentary,... He suggested that when I feel that way  - just try to do better tomorrow. Guilt is a common emotion that wracks parents who are raising children... More »

Just because I'm in love with the fact that Cuyler is in love with our dog.                                    and a gratuitous "Cutest Dog Ever" photo!... More »
