My own beverage using whatever mix is open in the pantry, a stale candy cane pilfered from my daughter's stash and the dregs of the whipped cream found deep, deep in the fridge.
Winner? Hands down the low wins today. Not only because of those sweet little faces on my mug, but because I can sip at my leisure while wearing my pjs.

I guess we're in the in the ghetto where there are NO Starbucks. Just a Tims on every corner. The cheaper, more affordable and easier-to-order-at Tims Hortons!
I would rather chew my calories than sip them so a $5 trip to the 'candy store' makes no sense to me. I like your take !
