Cayla comes from a big family of foodies and loves to cook and eat everything from quinoa to coconut cream pie. An avid vegetable gardener, she is a firm believer in cooking with the freshest, most local ingredients available. Her food adventures with her family range from clamming in PEI and then making fresh clam chowder to baking chocolate cake for breakfast--she swears it's healthy!
